Eligibility requirements:
Local participants must sign a listing or buyers agreement with a Holyfield Team member. Out of area participants must sign a listing or buying agreement with an agent referred by the Holyfield Team. All transactions must successfully close between Jan. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31, 2010.

Guidelines:
When you refer a buyer or seller to The Holyfield Team and upon successful closing of the transaction, we will donate to the charity of your choice.  The charity will be chosen by the referrer, not the buyer or seller. The buyer or seller may then refer a new buyer or seller and choose the charity for that transaction. Funds will be donated to the chosen charity by the end of the month of closing. To qualify, the referred local buyer or seller must sign an exclusive buyer or seller agreement with the Holyfield Team. The referred out of town buyer or seller must sign a buyer/seller agreement with their locally referred agent. All referrals must go through the Holyfield Team. Terms and conditions may change at any time. There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can make.

Donation amounts per sales price start at $200 for a sales price starting at $50,000-$99,000, increases $100 for every $100,000 in sales price and is limitless.

$200,000-$299,999........$400
$300,000-$399,999........$500
$400,000-$499,999........$600
$500,000-$599,999........$700
$600,000-$699,999........$800
$700,000-$799,999........$900
and so on, there is no limit.
